Step 1: Complete the RHYTORA™ Self-Assessment Form
The RHYTORA™ self-assessment form helps you evaluate your health in five areas: Biological, Neuro-Emotional, Kinetic, Ecological, and Vital-Connection. For each statement, rate yourself on a scale of 0 to 5, where 0 means “Never” and 5 means “Always true.”
Step 2: Interpret Your Results
Once you’ve completed the form, calculate the average score for each axis. Then, add the averages of the five axes and divide by five to get your RHYTORA™ Index (RHI). This index helps you understand how well your health rhythms are aligned.
