Serene Clinic offers the following professional healthcare and wellness services in Toronto and across Ontario:

• Naturopathic Care
• Labour and Birth Doula Support
• Postpartum Doula Support
• Acupuncture
• Prenatal Support
• Lactation Support
• Specialized naturopathic programs (e.g., RECLAIM Program)

Services are provided in person and virtually. All naturopathic services are delivered by registered Naturopathic Doctors (NDs) licensed under the College of Naturopaths of Ontario (CONO).

3. Not a Substitute for Emergency Care

The information on our website and the services we provide are not intended to replace emergency medical care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room immediately. Serene Clinic is not an emergency healthcare provider.

4. Appointments and Booking

Appointments may be booked through our website, booking platform (Jane App), or by contacting us directly. By booking an appointment, you agree to the following:

• You will provide accurate and complete health and contact information
• You will notify us of any changes to your health status prior to your appointment
• You understand that appointment availability is not guaranteed until confirmation is received

5. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice, may result in a cancellation fee. Details of any applicable fees will be communicated at the time of booking or upon request.

6. Fees and Payment

Service fees are provided at the time of booking or upon request. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. Serene Clinic accepts major payment methods as indicated on our booking platform.

Naturopathic services may be covered under extended health benefits plans. Coverage varies by individual plan. Clients are responsible for confirming their coverage with their insurance provider. Serene Clinic is not responsible for insurance claim outcomes.

7. Informed Consent

Prior to receiving services, you will be asked to provide informed consent. This includes acknowledging:

• The nature of the services to be provided
• Potential risks, benefits, and alternatives
• Your right to ask questions and withdraw consent at any time

Providing care to minors requires written consent from a parent or legal guardian.
