I’m Dr. Sukhman Aulakh, ND, a Naturopathic Doctor and Birth Doula dedicated to creating a calm, empowering, and supportive birthing experience for every family I have the privilege of working with. I offer doula services in both English and Punjabi, allowing me to support families in the language they feel most comfortable expressing themselves in.

My background in naturopathic medicine allows me to bring a holistic perspective to pregnancy, birth, and postpartum care, integrating emotional support, education, and evidence-informed guidance. Supporting families through birth has been deeply meaningful to me and has strengthened my commitment to being a calm, reassuring presence and a dedicated advocate for each client’s needs, preferences, and wishes.

My approach centers on helping you feel informed, respected, empowered, and genuinely cared for throughout your pregnancy, birthing experience, and postpartum journey.
