📊 Interpreting Your RHYTORA Index (RHI)

After completing all sections:

  1. Calculate the average for each axis.
  2. Add those five averages and divide by five to get your RHYTORA Index (RHI).

RHI Score

Meaning

0–1.9

🔴 High imbalance – rhythm severely disrupted.

2–3.4

🟡 Moderate balance – foundation present, needs refinement.

3.5–5.0

🟢 Optimal alignment – systems functioning in harmony.
