Shahnaz is a naturopathic medical graduate and a certified Birth and Postpartum Doula with a deep passion for supporting families from bump to baby. With a special interest in fertility and infant care, further developed during her fourth-year clinical focus at the Robert Schad Naturopathic Clinic, she brings both clinical insight and compassionate, hands-on support to every stage of the perinatal journey.

Shahnaz is known for her grounded, attentive presence and strong work ethic, shaped in part by her background in martial arts. She is dedicated to helping families feel informed, supported, and confident as they navigate pregnancy, birth, and the early postpartum period.
